Initiating an Exchange:

Exchange requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.

Damaged/Wrong Product:

1) If you receive a product that is damaged or not as expected, we offer a reverse pickup service within a specific timeframe 3 days.
2) In the event that you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we require you to open a case by creating a video.
3) Without a video documenting the issue, initiating an exchange may not be possible.
4) Make a video when you open your order.
5) If you find the wrong product or damage, we'll exchange it.
6) We need the video as proof for the exchange.
7) Without a video, we can't process the exchange.
8) Make sure the video includes details such as the product's packaging, labels, and any defects or damages.
9) Follow the provided instructions to begin the return process.
